I absolutely love my new Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades. We have a contemporary ranch house right on the shore of Lake Michigan, I needed to protect my furniture, woodwork and artwork from UV damage. John at NSWT not only provided excellent service throughout, his pricing was excellent… thousands less than a competitive bid that I received.
OMG, I am so glad that I listened to my designer at NSWT and installed the top-down, bottom-up feature on my new cellular shades. With the top down I get excellent natural light but still have total privacy in all rooms. For our living room and bay windows we opted for Duettes from Hunter Douglas, in a beautiful fabric that matched perfectly and ties the whole room together. It was a pleasure to work with John and his team NSWT. They were very prompt and always showed up at the times promised.
I really like my new faux wood shutters, they project a style and tone in our family room that those old draperies never could. My husband loves that there’s no more glare during his TV viewing. NSWT was very helpful and coordinated all measurement and install appointments… great customer service.
